Rental Information

Amenities Included in Rental:

Tables and Chairs: Set up for 100 included in rental anything additional will need to be rented from an outside rental company
Choice of (not both): 20 - 60" Round Tables {seats 6-8} or 20 - 6' Rectangle Tables 3 - Rectangle Tables for food or gift tables
100 - Chairs

Presentation Screen

*Music: Live Music and DJ permitted within a reasonable noise level

Catering Information:

• Outside Catering Fee: $35.00
• The Museum has a full service catering department on staff. If you use the Museum's catering department you
can save 10% on facility rental and avoid paying kitchen and catering fee

Cleaning Information:

• The Museum cleaning staff will sweep, mop, remove trash and recycle and put away tables and chairs.
• Renter is responsible of making sure that the area around their rental location is free of trash.
• All items including table coverings and decoration are the renters' responsibility to take down and remove from
the property or dispose of into trash cans.
• No nails, screws, staples, duck tape are allowed to attach decorations or signage to the facility. NO GLITTER.

Reservation Requirements:

• A 24-hour hold will be placed on a date without payment. Rentals are booked on a first come first serve basis.
• 50% of the final rental fee is required to reserve date.
• Final payment, security deposit and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to event date.
• Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy:

• Written cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the event will be charged a $100.00 cancellation.
• Written cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event will not receive the 50% final rental fee.

This is a basic facility use information form. A detailed Facility Use Rental Agreement must be signed upon reserving the facility and may outline additional requirements set forth by the Museum.

Request for Rental Pricing and Details

We ask you to provide several dates for your event because we have multiple prior appointments that we cannot reschedule. We will do our best to work with the dates you have provided, but please be prepared if we have a different date as a counter offer.
